The period starts on Feb 15, 14:00 UTC and ends on Apr 19, 2024, 23:59 UTC, which is the expected date of the Bitcoin Halving event.

Only users who've created an account on or after Feb 15, 14:00 UTC, have completed Identity Verification and have used at least one Nexo Product as described below, are eligible for our promotion.

To be eligible for claiming your reward in the Kick-Off Bonus you need to use at least 1 of the 4 following Nexo products by April 19, 2024, 23:59 UTC:

• Earn: Move assets worth at least $50 into a Fixed Term of any duration*.

• Exchange: Execute at least one swap of worth the equivalent of at least $100**.

• Borrow: Take out your first crypto-backed credit. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to take a loan in Stablecoins or in Fiat currencies.

*Note: You can create multiple Fixed Terms that add up to $50 or more in total. For example, you could make three separate Fixed Terms of $10, $20, and $25.

The Kick-Off Bonus operates on a first-come, first-served basis. By engaging with at least one of the four Nexo products mentioned above, you become eligible to claim 10,000 Satoshi, provided you're among the first 80,000 users who sign up and meet the necessary criteria.

This offer is valid until our 8 BTC Prize Pool has been fully allocated or until April 19, 2024 — whichever comes first.

Adding assets to your Nexo account is quick and easy. Here’s a couple of ways to do it:

• Buy digital assets directly with your credit, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
• Top up* digital assets from an external wallet by using your Nexo deposit address.

*Note: Funds transferred from existing Nexo accounts won’t count towards the promotion.

You will get your 10,000 Satoshi paid out by May 2, 2024. The rewards will be distributed in your Savings Wallet.

A Fixed Term is a specified duration, either 1, 3, or 12 months, where you commit your funds to earn our top rates. Choosing a Fixed Term gives you the opportunity to earn up to 6% more interest on top of your Flex Term rate.

1. Open the Nexo app.
2. Navigate to the Savings Hub on the dashboard.
3. Tap Create Fixed Term and choose your desired asset.
4. Tap on Period and select the 1, 3, 6 or 12-month Fixed Term option.
5. Choose the amount of tokens you want to move into the term.
6. Tap on Preview Term, and confirm it.
