Portfolio Recap | Feb 2025 – 7 Dividends & Invested 5k
In February, I received $1,868 from seven of my favorite dividend stocks in my All-Weather Portfolio.
A nice way to end the month with!
One standout is Siemens’ dividend, now at $926, which is up $259 from last year’s $667. The stock just hit a new all-time high and has climbed into my Top 5 largest positions. It’s been a steady grower, and I’m quietly pleased to see it perform.
Portfolio Recap of My 10 Largest Positions
I’ve put a total of $25,000 into Siemens, IMO one of the best world’s top industrial conglomerate stocks, and it’s now worth around $39,000. That kind of growth is awesome for such a huge company. Here are my current Top 10 holdings:

Month-by-Month Portfolio Recap
Looking at the month-over-month portfolio recap, you can see a slow but steady trend of growing passive income. It’s not a sprint, but a marathon.
I am 100% okay with giving it time, as I have a lot more high-risk assets with crypto and in my trading account.
I wasn’t exactly burning the candle at both ends with purchases this month, but kept things pretty quiet. Here is what I bought.
Dividend Stock Purchases
I acquired 40 shares of DHL at €37, and 500 shares of Hamborner at €6.79 each.
Hamborner is a German REIT with a solid lineup of office and retail properties—think supermarkets, DIY stores, office buildings, and logistic centers. Both stocks feel attractively priced to me, and I’d call them solid “buys” at these levels. No rush, just slowly building larger positions.
Other Forms of Passive Income
- My $300,000 stablecoin farm generated me $2,400 in hands-off passive income this month. That’s $29,000 annualized, which works out to a 9.6% yield. Not bad for letting the coins do the heavy lifting.
- I received $5,400 of dividends in companies I own shares in (averaged out over 12 months).
- I earned $670 from cash deposits at HSBC. I am using a product called Deposit+ which locks away a trading pair, e.g. USD/EUR, for 7 working days.
- On Nexo, my favorite platform for earning yield on crypto, I earned $630 on my Bitcoin and Ethereum I have on the platform.
- I earned $1,700 from staking Solana, Hedera, and getting two airdrops, one from Hedera’s first lending protocol, Bonzo Finance, and from Pudgy Penguins, that are now available at Walmart.
- I received $1,300 as the monthly rent from my small rental apartment in Germany
In summary, I earned roughly $12,100 with these positions.
There is nothing I love more than knowing money is working hard and quietly for me while I spend time doing what I love!
Crypto Portfolio Recap
The crypto markets had a wild two weeks in February. We saw the first-ever “God candle,” with BTC jumping $10,000 in a single day—pretty exciting stuff.
Then came the “candle from hell,” with BTC dropping over $10,000 the next day. Volatility’s part of the game, though—more a feature than a bug.
We just need to turn this into our advantage. My Bitcoin position, for example, is sitting at a $1.6m profit, and I’m not even tempted to touch it.

Conclusion
A solid month with $1,869 + $12,100 = approx. $13,969 in passive income.
Besides, I received $3,000 in the form of two Director roles in two companies I own shares in.
So I took home $16,969 in total – with total costs of the family of $9,500.
By sharing these numbers, my intention is not to brag or show off, but simply share what my income/expense situation looks like, and how I manage my money.
