I have the following passive income streams:
Our apartment is nice but nothing really luxurious. The compound we live in is new, super clean, and modern, but again, nothing really premium. We feel extremely good living here because the kids can simply go down and play with other kids without us having to worry too much.
In summary, my aim is to make at least 9,000 USD to get by, and cover all family expenses.
There are some apps and websites I really love and use all the time, and maybe you can consider to put those as well into your investor toolbox.
For example, I use DivvyDairy to get an automatically sent email at the beginning of each month listing all dividends I’ll be receiving. This gives a great overview of the various companies that are about to pay a dividend in this specific month – nice! See below for an example image.
And setting this up is easy & straightforward. All you need to do is to choose which and how many stocks you own – that’s it. Kudos to the team!
